U-Foam has a comprehensive and complete set of machinery to cater to all its customers' diverse requirements of products offered. All our products are manufactured from our 95,000 Sft production facility at the Industrial Estate, Pashamylaram on the Hyderabad-Mumbai National Highway NH65 (Old NH9), and is easily accessible from the Outer Ring Road.
Continuous flexible slabstock foaming machines, multiple high pressure and low pressure machines for mouldings, a complete range of state of the art CNC controlled cutting machinery for flexible, rigid foams besides moulds and mattress finishing equipment.
U-Foam also possesses a complete set of insulated panel manufacturing machinery including de-coiling, hydraulic shear and bending machinery, multiple daylight panel presses including corner presses and all other necessary ancillary machinery including a complete fabrication unit.
