Superior Production Process:
Viscosities of chemicals which play a very key role in the quality of foam, these are maintained under constant temperature in Jacketed tanks
Polyurethane chemicals which are CFC Free and environmentally friendly are injected into the mould cavity being impinge mixed at high pressures which exceed 150 bar.
Polyurethane foam exerts a foaming pressure of between 1.5 to 2.8 Kg/cm 2 pressure, this is countered with machined platen surfaces in the press which ensures a surface tolerance of +/- 0.5mm
Plattens are heated ensuring development of excellent bonding strength between the skins and the foamed core.
